Key Responsibilities:
✅ Research and monitor tender opportunities across different platforms and markets.
✅ Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within specified deadlines.
✅ Ensure compliance with technical, legal, and administrative requirements of each tender.
✅ Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation.
✅ Track tender results and provide reports on bidding performance.
✅ Maintain an organized record of all submitted tenders and follow up as needed.

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or any other related field.
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in tendering, procurement, or a related field.
✔ Good knowledge of tender submission procedures and relevant platforms.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

  • Recently graduated or final-year student in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in engineering design, manufacturing processes, and vehicle systems
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings and engineering documentation
  • Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, production-oriented environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Well-spoken English, both written and verbal
  • Proactive attitude, responsibility, and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Recently graduated or final-year student in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interest in sales processes, operations, and performance tracking
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to support sales teams with data entry, reporting, and coordination tasks
  • Basic proficiency in Excel
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems or willing to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills for internal coordination and customer follow-up
  • Willingness to work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams
  • Well-spoken English, both written and verbal
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn

Qualifications

  • Recently graduated or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
  • Strong interest in B2B marketing, branding, and digital communication
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to support the marketing team with content creation, coordination, and basic reporting
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) in a professional context
  • Basic knowledge of content tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and structured workflows
  • Well-spoken English, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to collaborate with sales, engineering, and design teams
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
